Volunteers are the major force behind everything Joshua's Wish does. We operate primarily by the hardwork and dedication of volunteers from around the country. By dedicating time and effort to finding a cure for childhood cancer, volunteers make it possible for Joshua's Wish to get one step closer to making the wish for a cure a reality.
One way Joshua's Wish raise funds for childhood cancer research is through our fundraising efforts. Along with fundraising events throughout the year, our supporters create fundraisers to help increase the 4% of government funding allocated to childhood cancer research. These creative fundraisers take many forms: from lemonade stands to church services.
Our interns gain professional experience during their tenure at Joshua's Wish. We aim to supply our interns with enough knowledge and skill to be able to work in any industry they desire. By giving our interns control over their internship experience, Joshua's Wish empowers young professionals for a brighter future ahead.
