OUR REASON

The mission of Joshua's Wish, Inc. is to fund national medical research efforts in finding a cure for pediatric brain tumors, to support families of children in Georgia who have cancer and are undergoing treatment, and to raise awareness of childhood cancer.

Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) is a fast and rare type of brain tumor found in an area of the brainstem known as the pons. The pons is the part of the brain just above the back of the neck and connected to the spine.
